柴胡皂苷D分子式:CAS号:性质:为柴胡皂苷A的差向异构体。熔点212~218℃。旋光度[α]D+37°(乙醇)。存在于伞形科植物柴胡[Bupleurum falcatum L.]的根中。具有明显的抗炎作用及镇静、镇痛、抗惊厥作用。动物实验还证明有降血脂、解毒作用。同时还具有破坏艾氏腹水癌细胞腆的微绒毛作用及对麻疹和疱疹病毒的灭活作用。但因其对宿主细胞的严重毒性作用而不适于用作抗病毒药,可作为体外有核壳膜病毒的灭活剂。
