1.OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of the content of stepholidine in tablets.目的 :建立反相高效液相色谱测定千金藤啶碱片含量的方法。
2.The results showed that l tetrahydropalmatine ( l THP)、 dl tetra hydropalmatine ( dl THP) and l stepholidine ( l SPD), at doses 15, 30, 60 mg·kg -1 respectively, were able to inhibit significantly mice incidence of jumping, frequency of jumping and body weight loss, respectively.结果表明:l四氢巴马汀(lTHP)、l千金藤啶碱(lSPD)和dl四氢巴马汀(dlTHP)3种药物采用15、30、60mg·kg-1剂量腹腔注射,均可显著抑制小鼠跳台反应,降低跳台次数,减少体重下降。
