枸骨叶【通用名称】枸骨叶【其他名称】枸骨叶 枸骨叶 拼音名:Gouguye 英文名:FOLIUM ILICIS CORNUTAE 书页号:2000年版一部-203 本品为冬青科植物枸骨Ilex cornuta Lindl. ex Paxt.的干燥叶。秋季采收,除去 杂质,晒干。 【性状】 本品呈类长方形或矩圆状长方形,偶有长卵圆形,长3~8cm,宽1.5 ~ 4cm 。先端具3 枚较大的硬刺齿,顶端1枚常反曲,基部平截或宽楔形,两侧有时各具 刺齿1~3枚,边缘稍反卷;长卵圆形叶常无刺齿。上表面黄绿色或绿褐色,有光泽,下 表面灰黄色或灰绿色。叶脉羽状,叶柄较短。革质,硬而厚。无臭,味微苦。 【鉴别】 本品叶片近基部横切面:上表皮细胞类方形,壁厚,外被厚的角质层, 主脉处有单细胞非腺毛;下表皮细胞略小,可见气孔。栅栏组织为2~4列细胞,海绵组 织疏松;主脉处上、下表皮内为1 至数列厚角细胞。主脉维管束外韧型,其上、下方均 具木化纤维群。叶缘表皮内常依次为厚角细胞及石细胞半环带,再内为木化纤维群;叶 缘近叶柄处仅有数列厚角细胞,近基部以上渐无厚角组织。叶缘表皮内及主脉处下表皮 内厚角组织中偶有石细胞,韧皮部下方的纤维群外亦偶见。薄壁组织及下表皮细胞常含 草酸钙簇晶。 【性味与归经】 苦,凉。归肝、肾经。 【功能与主治】 清热养阴,平肝,益肾。用于肺痨咯血,骨蒸潮热,头晕目眩; 高血压。 【用法与用量】 9~15g。 【贮藏】 置干燥处。
