磷脂质分子式:CAS号:性质:又称磷脂质。磷脂是分子中含有一个或多个磷酸基的,并且有极性的复合脂质之一。它们广泛地存在于微生物界、植物界和动物界,是构成生物膜的基本成分之一。已知和生命有关的各类物质代谢活动都与之有关。它们都能受磷脂酶类水解。根据它们分子中所含醇的不同,把磷脂划分为甘油(即丙三醇)磷脂类和鞘氨醇磷脂类。甘油磷脂,其主体是磷酸甘油酯,是生物膜中主要磷脂类(占总膜中磷脂70%以上)。其分子中由甘油、脂肪酸和带羟化合物(具有极性)三部分构成,其代表物有:磷脂酸、磷脂酰甘油、心磷脂、磷脂酰胆碱、磷脂酰乙醇胺、磷脂酰丝氨酸、磷脂酰肌醇,以及通过酯键与脂肪酸结合的缩醛磷脂类、醚脂质类等。鞘氨醇磷脂类,即鞘磷脂质,其分子中由一分子鞘氨醇或其衍生物、一分子脂肪酸和带有极性的化学基团(如磷酰乙醇胺、磷酰胆碱等)构成。其代表物有:鞘磷脂(碱性)、半乳糖脑苷脂(中性)、葡萄糖脑苷脂(中性)、脑硫脂(中性)、神经节苷脂(酸性)等。鞘脂类虽在细胞膜中含量很少,但在许多特殊的生物功能中少不了它们。如神经节苷脂类在神经末梢含量丰富,可能它在神经突触的传导中起着重要作用,它也可能存在于乙酰胆碱和其他神经介质的受体部位。细胞表面的神经节苷脂不仅与血型有关,与组织器官的专一性也有关系,还可能与免疫、细胞间识别等都相关。它们之中,有的可作为治疗药物,有的可作为食品、化妆品添加剂。配制组织培养液。主要是用作生化试剂。产品以从天然物中提取为主,其次是合成法。动物脑、肝、心;植物中大豆、花生;微生物中大肠杆菌都是生产磷脂类产品的天然材料。
