麦芽茶[麦芽茶【出处】《家庭药膳手册》【组成】炒麦芽3o克,茶叶8克(炒焦)。【功用】消食健脾,利湿止痢。【主治】小儿痢疾、腹泻。【制法】上二味用沸水冲泡10分钟,不拘时温服。每日1剂。每剂可用沸水冲泡2~3次。【宜忌】因麦芽有回乳作用,故妇人哺乳期忌用。【按语】痢疾或腹泻,湿邪是主要致病因素,所谓“无湿不成痢”。在病机上,牌失运化,肠道积滞,又往往是关键,特别是痢疾,故前人有“无积不成痢”之说。加之小儿“脾常不足”,饮食不能自调,更易兼夹食积。抓住湿邪和积滞作为治疗的重点,则是该方的特色所在。麦芽甘平,是消食健脾的要药。实验研究表明,它含淀粉分解酶,有促进消化作用。越嫩越短的芽含酶量越高,微炒对酶无影响,且可提高其释出率,如炒焦则降低其酶的活力。茶叶苦寒,清火、解毒、消食、利湿、止痢是其主要功用,对腹泻、痢疾均有良好的治疗效果。如宋代陈承的《重广补注神农本草经》谓:“茶治泄痢甚效”,元代吴瑞的《日用本草》亦有茶“治热毒、赤白痢甚效”的记载。据实验研究,茶叶中含有2o~3o%的茶多酚类成分,对伤寒杆菌、付伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌等均有抑制作用。茶叶煎剂对痢疾杆菌的杀菌效果比白头翁汤更佳。《养生治病茶疗方》一书,在论述茶叶的临床应用时说:“茶叶是一味治疗痢疾的良药。有资料表明,1958~198o年期间,我国有不少医疗单位用茶叶制剂治疗急性菌痢742例,慢性菌痢142例,急性肠炎58例。结果慢性菌痢治愈率达80%以上,急性菌痢及肠炎治愈率高达9o%以上,其症状的消失时间和细菌培养转阴时间较氯霉素和磺胺类药物为快。”
