lymphangial chemotherapy淋巴化疗
1.Methods 64 patients were divided into two groups,one group was only treated with arteria infusion chemotherapy(simple treatment group)and the other with arteria infusion chemotherapy and lymphangial chemotherapy by injecting chemotherapeutic agents absorbed by active carbon into stomach mucosa (united treatment group).方法 把 6 4例患者随机分成二组 ,一组行动脉灌注化疗 :术前 1 w经股动脉插管至胃右动脉或胃网膜右动脉灌注化疗药 ;另一组行淋巴化疗加动脉灌注 :术前 1 0 d行内镜胃黏膜下多点注入化疗药使其从淋巴道吸收 ,7d时再行动脉灌注化疗。
