四氮唑比色法分子式:CAS号:性质:四氮唑盐在强碱性溶液中,被还原性物质(如具有α-醇酮基的皮质激素)定量还原为有色甲暨(formazan)。通过测定甲暨溶液吸光度,可计算还原物质含量。常用的四氮唑盐有两种:(1)氯化2,3,5-三苯基四氮唑锡(2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride,TTC),由于其还原产物为深红色三苯甲腊,故也称红四氮唑(四氮唑红),λmax=480~490nm;(2)氯化3,3′-二甲氧苯基-双-4,4′(3,5二苯基)四氮唑翁(3,3′-dianisole-bis[4,4′-(3,5-diphenyl) tetrazolium chloride,BT)],其产物为暗蓝色双甲暨,也称蓝四氮唑(四氮唑蓝),λmax=525nm。
