不自主运动不自主运动involuntarymovement肌肉的某一部分,一块肌肉或某些肌群出现的不受意志支配的运动。常见以下几种:①震颤。全身或身体一部分表现不随意的但相对有节律的振动性运动。②舞蹈样运动。突然发生、无目的、无节律、不对称、粗大快速的肌肉收缩。发生于面部和肢体,表现为“鬼脸”动作及上肢近端不自主多动。③手足徐动。表现为肌僵硬和手足持续、缓慢、不规则的扭曲运动。频率较慢,一般低于2次/秒,以四肢远端为著,也可累及面部和舌。④肌阵挛。肌肉收缩和抑制引起的肌肉电击样或闪电样运动。可累及单个肌肉或一组肌肉。⑤肌束震颤。小肌束自发的细小、快速或蠕动样收缩。肉眼可看到蠕动样颤动,但不足以引起关节运动。⑥抽搐。突然出现一块肌肉或一组肌肉短暂复杂的协调运动。如头部摇动、眨眼、面肌抽搐、咽喉肌抽搐。⑦扭转痉挛。表现为肌张力障碍和四肢近端、躯干甚至全身剧烈而不随意的扭转。
