dl-四氢巴马亭分子式:CAS号:性质:又称外消旋四氢巴马亭,dl-四氢掌叶防己碱。无色晶体(由甲醇+水)。熔点148~149℃。易溶于氯仿、乙醚、热乙醇,难溶于石油醚、冷乙醇,几乎不溶于水或苛性碱水溶液,但与酸成盐后则可溶;其盐酸盐为针晶(由甲醇),熔点215~216℃。游离碱受光线照射或温度影响时,很易部分氧化(脱氢)而成掌叶防己碱(巴马亭),颜色加深,显淡黄色。本品天然存在于罂粟科植物延胡索(Corydalis yankusuo W.T.Wang)等的块茎中,可萃取而得,也可化学合成或生物合成制取。具有显著镇痛、催眠、镇静及降压作用;其镇痛疗效对胃肠道及肝胆系统疾病引起的疼痛较好,对外伤、手术疼痛、周围神经痛、肢痛较差。
