本发明涉及一种三维轮廓的加工方法,尤其是一种二维编程软件编制TBM刀盘三维轮廓加工的方法。
背景技术
现在一般进行三维轮廓的加工,需要购买专门的三维编程软件,同时还需要编程软件在轨迹设置过程中刀具能够满足图纸中的倾斜角度,并且在加工过程中还要花费大量的加工时间,这样既花费大量财力,也耗费时间。

发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种用二维编程软件,使用TBM刀盘加工三维轮廓的方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是二维编程软件编制TBM刀盘三维轮廓加工的方法,将万用角铣头上所安装的刀具的底平面垂直于三维轮廓中底平面,利用数控编程软件中的二维编程的坐标系偏移及旋转功能实现三维轮廓中的变化较大的平面内的轮廓的编制工作,然后再利用改变零件加工深度的办法来实现三维轮廓的加工。
如果利用三维编程软件编制三维数控加工程序加工三维轮廓,需要花费巨大的财力去购买三维数控编程软件,因此当偶尔遇到三维轮廓的加工时就可以利用本发明的方法来完成三维轮廓的加工了,这样既节约费用,又节省时间。

具体实施例方式本发明所使用的设备的型号为PF-H-100KW(IS)375/350/700(600)数控龙们铣床机床的主要规格为;立柱之间的宽度3750主轴端面至工作台面的距离为3500,工作台规格(宽*长)3250*13700,最大工件重量为200吨主轴锥孔60(724),工作台行程(X轴)14503,铣头横向行程(Y轴)4650,滑枕垂直行程(Z轴)1250,横梁垂直行程(W轴)3000。
本机床所用的数控系统为西门子840C。
实施例1如图1所示,首先根据工件的实际情况在编程软件的原始坐标系下建立三维轮廓部分的立体图形。
如图2所示,然后将编程软件中原始坐标系进行偏移,偏移位置为三维轮廓的中心。
如图3所示,最后对已经偏移的坐标系进行旋转,使旋转后的坐标系的各Z轴垂直于所画的三维图形的上平面而其余两轴则平行于有规律的另两面。
如图4和图5所示,二维图画好以后,利用数控后置生成程序过程中的切削深度的办法将垂直于已画好的二维轮廓的底面的距离确定,这样在生成数控程序的时候,由于编程软件所产生的机床数据都是相对于软件原始坐标系的平行坐标系确定的,所以经过偏移并旋转的轮廓的位置就是相对于原始坐标系的数控程序还不能直接拿到数控机床进行加工。因为它不是三维加工程序,而必须通过机床附件的协助还原我们在画图过程中旋转的过程,即使刀具垂直于三维轮廓的低平面,这样就可以利用我们刚刚编制好的程序来加工三维轮廓了。

1.二维编程软件编制TBM刀盘三维轮廓加工的方法,其特征在于将万用角铣头上所安装的刀具的底平面垂直于三维轮廓的底平面,利用数控编程软件中的二维编程的坐标系偏移及旋转的功能实现三维轮廓中的变化较大的平面内的轮廓的编制工作,最后再利用改变零件加工深度的办法来实现三维轮廓的加工。
