纤维素是由β-1,4键连接的葡萄糖分子组成的聚合物,其对分解或解聚合非常有耐性。一旦纤维素转化为葡萄糖,后者容易用酵母发酵成生物燃料,如乙醇。研究的用于将纤维素转化为葡萄糖的最古老的方法是基于酸水解。该工艺可以在浓酸或稀酸的存在下进行。然而,几个缺点(例如当使用浓酸时酸回收率很差,以及使用稀酸的情况下葡萄糖的产量低)对于酸水解工艺的经济性是不利的。为了克服酸水解工艺的缺点,最近的纤维素转化工艺已经更多地与使用纤维素酶类型的酶的酶促水解相关。然而,该木质纤维素生物质(如纤维素)的酶促水解的缺点是其工业生产工艺较为昂贵。因此,有必要使用日益有效的分泌纤维素酶的微生物菌株。在这方面,很多微生物包含水解纤维素的酶,例如真菌-木霉属(Trichoderma)、曲霉属(Aspergilus)、腐质霉属(Humicola)、或镰刀菌属(Fusarium),以及细菌例如高温单孢菌属(Thermomonospora)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacilus)、纤维单胞菌属(Celulomonas)和链霉菌属(Streptomyces)。由这些微生物分泌的酶具有用于将纤维素转化为葡萄糖的三种不同类型的活性,可以分为三组:随机攻击纤维素纤维内部的内切葡聚糖酶,攻击纤维末端释放纤维二糖的外切葡聚糖酶,和将该纤维二糖水解为葡萄糖的β-葡萄糖苷酶。其他类型的酶,例如半纤维素酶或最近发现的一类多糖单加氧酶也可以在水解功效中起作用。工业上强烈需要降低酶促水解的成本,而这种将低涉及使用降低的酶剂量,从而使用更有效的酶鸡尾酒。因此,一些专利申请描述了活性高于里氏木霉(Trichodermareesei)的天然酶或通过基因工程改进的变体。可以提及的有涉及外切葡聚糖酶的专利申请US2010304464、WO2010/066411和WO2013/029176,涉及内切葡聚糖酶的申请WO2007/109441、WO2012/149192和WO2010/076388,涉及β-葡萄糖苷酶的申请WO2010/029259、WO2010/135836或WO2010/022518,或涉及多糖单加氧酶的申请WO12135659和WO12149344。主要基于结构标准,水解木质纤维素生物质的酶在CAZy系统中分类(Cantarel,B.L.,Coutinho,P.M.,Rancurel,C.,Bernard,T.,Lombard,V.,&Henrissat,B.(2009).TheCarbohydrate-ActiveEnZymesdatabase(CAZy):anexpertresourceforGlycogenomics.Nucleicacidsresearch,37,D233-8)。外切葡聚糖酶可属于GH6、7、9、48和74家族。为了使木质纤维素生物质水解有效且具有经济效益,酶混合物必须包含平衡比例的具有各种酶活性的酶,特别包括但不排除外切葡聚糖酶、内切葡聚糖酶、木聚糖酶和β-葡萄糖苷酶类型。举例而言,在里氏木霉的天然混合物中,一般注意到存在60-70%的外切葡聚糖酶、15-20%的内切葡聚糖酶、几个百分点的半纤维素酶和约的5-10%的β-葡萄糖苷酶。该混合物适于以可接受的收率水解大部分经预处理的物质(例如在酸条件下汽爆的小麦秸秆类型)。在混合物中已经存在相当比例的外切葡聚糖酶表明,增加这些酶的量而不损害其他活性将非常困难。里氏木霉的基因组包含两种外切葡聚糖酶,一种来自家族6(CBH2,cel6a),另一种来自家族7(CBH1,Cel7a)。它们分别将纤维素的非还原(EC3.2.1.176)和还原(EC3.2.1.91)末端水解为纤维二糖。水解和发酵可以根据各种方案进行。最常见的由独立的水解和发酵(SHF)组成。该方法能够通过维持最佳反应条件来优化各个步骤。该发酵在约28℃至约30℃的温度即时进行,而水解一般在至少45℃的温度进行。然而,在SHF中,在反应结束时释放的糖浓度非常高,导致对酶的抑制,降低了该方法的效率。为了避免这些缺点,可以设想另一种方法。在SSF中,两个步骤(己糖的水解和发酵)同时发生,防止糖积聚到抑制酶的浓度。由于使用单一反应器,投资成本也降低了。由于没有抑制,水解率更高,因为释放的糖立即被用于发酵成乙醇。在该方法中,反应器的温度必然在水解和发酵的最佳温度之间形成平衡,一般在约30℃至约35℃。然而,纤维素分解酶的活性在该温度降低约30%。SSF也允许分解纤维素的酶在发酵糖的生物中表达,从而能够限制,或在极端情况下消除在单独步骤产生的酶的来源。因此,获得在水解和发酵的最佳温度(即,30℃-50℃)下保留有效的外切葡聚糖酶活性的酶,同时保持混合物中所有酶的比例,对将木质纤维素生物质转化为生物燃料的工艺而言是显著的增益。本发明人已经开发了具有增强的外切葡聚糖酶活性的多肽,尤其是与序列SEQIDNO:2的CBH2参考蛋白的外切葡聚糖酶活性相比。CBH2对应于来自里氏木霉的外切葡聚糖酶2。在这方面,值得赞扬的是,申请人在大量研究后已经分离或纯化与CBH2参考蛋白(SEQIDNO:2)的外切葡聚糖酶活性相比,外切葡聚糖酶活性增强的多肽。因此,本发明涉及选自以下的多肽:i.选自SEQIDNO:4、SEQIDNO:6、SEQIDNO:8、SEQIDNO:10、SEQIDNO:12、SEQIDNO:14、SEQIDNO:16、SEQIDNO:18、SEQIDNO:20、SEQIDNO:22、SEQIDNO:24、SEQIDNO:26和SEQIDNO:28的氨基酸序列;和ii.与序列SEQIDNO:6、SEQIDNO:8、SEQIDNO:10、SEQIDNO:12、SEQIDNO:14、SEQIDNO:16、SEQIDNO:18、SEQIDNO:20、SEQIDNO:22、SEQIDNO:24、SEQIDNO:26和SEQIDNO:28相比具有至少70%,优选至少75%、80%、85%、90%、95%、98%或99%百分比的相同残基(同一性百分比)的氨基酸序列。优选的,上述多肽的特征在于,其在发酵生物中的表达至少与CBH2参考蛋白(SEQIDNO:2)的表达相等。根据本发明,给定序列相对于SEQIDNO:4、6、8、10、12、14、16、18、20、22、24、26或28的同一性百分比对应于该给定序列与SEQIDNO:4、6、8、10、12、14、16、18、20、22、24、26或28之间相同的残基数除以SEQIDNO:4、6、8、10、12、14、16、18、20、22、24、26或28的残基数。在一个优选的实施方案中,在约35℃和/或约50℃的温度下,与氨基酸序列SEQIDNO:2的CBH2多肽的外切葡聚糖酶活性相比,本发明的多肽的外切葡聚糖酶活性增强至少10%,优选至少20%,优选至少30%,甚至更优选至少40%。例如,本领域技术人员将能够使用底物例如纤维素纤维素PASC或使用显色底物(对硝基苯基糖苷)例如pNP乳糖苷来测定酶活性的增加,或换言之增强。将分别通过释放的还原糖或硝基苯酚的比色法分析来显示酶活性。本领域技术人员能够用来测定根据本发明的多肽与CBH2参考蛋白(SEQIDNO:2)相比,酶活性是否增强的实验方案的一个实例如下:–制备表达根据本发明的重组酶的解脂耶罗维亚酵母(Y.lipolytica)的原种培养物,于28℃过夜;–用一定体积的原种培养物接种表达培养基使其在培养开始时在600nm的光密度为0.2;–于28℃培养所述细胞96小时;–在8000rpm离心5分钟;–于35℃和50℃用100μl含有1%还原纤维糊精(CD)的pH6的0.1M柠檬酸磷酸缓冲液孵育100μl上清液4小时;–取出100μl反应液;–加入100μlDNS试剂;–于100℃孵育5分钟;–在冰上孵育3分钟;–在3000rpm离心10分钟;–用150μl在540nm读取OD。本发明的一个主题还是编码至少一种如上所述多肽的纯化或分离的核酸。下表1包含来自里氏木霉的参考基因CBH2、来自鞭毛藻丛赤壳菌(Nectriahaematococca,NH)和来自小麦赤霉菌(Giberelazeae,GZ)的推定的外切葡聚糖酶的核酸和肽序列,以及本发明的多肽和核酸的鉴定。表1克隆核酸多肽CBH2(野生型)SEQIDNO:1SEQIDNO:235B7SEQIDNO:3SEQIDNO:495B7SEQIDNO:5SEQIDNO:6100F11SEQIDNO:7SEQIDNO:8139F12SEQIDNO:9SEQIDNO:10157B11SEQIDNO:11SEQIDNO:12161A1SEQIDNO:13SEQIDNO:14161C12SEQIDNO:15SEQIDNO:16189H8SEQIDNO:17SEQIDNO:18196D9SEQIDNO:19SEQIDNO:20198E11SEQIDNO:21SEQIDNO:22251B4SEQIDNO:23SEQIDNO:24251C4SEQIDNO:25SEQIDNO:26382A2SEQIDNO:27SEQIDNO:28GZ基因SEQIDNO:29SEQIDNO:30NH-7基因SEQIDNO:31SEQIDNO:32本发明的一个主题还是编码至少一种如上所述多肽的纯化或分离的核酸。优选的,所述纯化或分离的核酸选自以下序列:SEQIDNO:3、SEQIDNO:5、SEQIDNO:7、SEQIDNO:9、SEQIDNO:11、SEQIDNO:13、SEQIDNO:15、SEQIDNO:17、SEQIDNO:19、SEQIDNO:21、SEQIDNO:23、SEQIDNO:25和SEQIDNO:27。根据本发明,如上所述的核酸可以与启动子、终止子或其在宿主细胞中的表达所需的任何其他序列功能性连接。本发明还涉及包含至少一个如上所述的核酸的载体。根据本发明,术语“载体”意欲是指可能在其中插入外源核酸片段的任何DNA序列,载体能够将外源DNA引入宿主细胞。作为载体,可以提及(不排除其他):质粒、黏粒、酵母人工染色体(YAC)、细菌人工染色体(BAC)、衍生自P1噬菌体的人工染色体(PAC)或来自病毒的载体。根据本发明的载体还可以携带可选择标志物。术语“可选择标志物”意欲是指其表达赋予包含它的细胞使得能够选择它们这一特征的基因。例如抗生素抗性基因。本发明的一个主题还是包含至少一种如上所述的多肽、或至少一种如上所述的核酸、或至少一种如上所述的载体的分离的宿主细胞。本领域技术人员将能够通过熟知的常规方法将如上所述的多肽之一、核酸之一或载体之一引入宿主细胞。例如,可以提及氯化钙处理、电穿孔或使用基因枪。根据一个实施方案,本领域技术人员将能够通过常规方法将编码根据本发明的具有增强的外切葡聚糖酶活性的多肽的核酸的几个拷贝引入宿主细胞。根据一个实施方案,如上所述的分离的宿主细胞选自:木霉属(Trichoderma)、曲霉属(Aspergilus)、脉胞菌属(Neurospora)、腐质霉属(Humicola)、毁丝霉属(Myceliophthora)、金孢子菌属(Chrysosporium)、青霉属(Penicilium)、镰刀菌属(Fusarium)、高温单孢菌属(Thermomonospora)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacilus)、假单包菌属(Pesudomonas),埃希氏菌属(Escherichia)、梭状芽孢杆菌(Clostridium)、纤维单胞菌属(Celulomonas)、链霉菌属(Streptomyces)、耶罗维亚酵母属(Yarrowia)、毕赤酵母属(Pichia)和酵母属(Saccharomyces)。根据一个优选的实施方案,如上所述的宿主细胞选自:里氏木霉、Trichodermaviridae、康氏木霉(Trichodermakoningi)、黑曲霉(Aspergilusniger)、构巢曲霉(Aspergilusnidulans)、文氏曲霉(Aspergiluswenti)、米曲霉(Aspergilusoryzae)、海枣曲霉(Aspergilus
