羊抗人白蛋白抗体·············································3 g/L;
甘露醇··················································.....20 mmol/L;
叠氮钠·····················································..7.7 mmol/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的尿微量白蛋白检测试剂,其特征在于试剂R1中缓冲液Mes的pH为7.6。
3.根据权利要求1所述的尿微量白蛋白检测试剂,其特征在于试剂R2中缓冲液Mes的pH为7.6。
4.根据权利要求1所述的尿微量白蛋白检测试剂,其特征在于R1中加入30 ml/L胶乳颗粒。
5.一种使用权利要求1-4中任一项所述的尿微量白蛋白检测试剂来检测尿微量白蛋白的检测方法,其特征在于使用全自动生化分析仪利用终点法进行测定,检测主波长为415 nm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的检测方法,其特征在于R1试剂和R2试剂的比例为5:1。
