本实用新型涉及一种转子,尤其涉及一种螺杆压缩机转子。
背景技术
螺杆压缩机中,转子的形状基本决定了螺杆压缩机的性能,目前世界上已有的有代表性的转子型线主要有德国某公司的型线,瑞典某公司的型线,以及台湾、日本等公司的型线,这些型线选取不同的曲线及其组合,由于设计取向不同,应该说各有各的优缺点。但是,现有技术存在的共同缺点是转子直径较小导致转速高,在实际应用中会出现噪声、振动大、刚性不足,从而影响使用寿命。

发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型的螺杆压缩机转子,其设计取向是转子间完全实现“曲面对曲面”的密封,而不包含任何“曲线对曲线”的密封,有助于形成流体动力润滑膜,降低通过接触带的横向泄漏,提高压缩机效率;改善转子的加工性能,便于采用磨削法加工,也更容易检验;大转子、低转速,以降低噪声和振动,提高转子刚性,延长使用寿命。对加工精度、杂质和油碳化物的敏感性小。
为克服现有技术的上述不足,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案,这种螺杆压缩机转子,包括阴转子、阳转子,阴转子和阳转子的双边非对称,组成曲线为圆弧及其包络线,阴阳转子的齿数比为5∶4,阴阳转子之间具有间隙,其特征在于以阴转子的中心点为坐标原点,阴阳转子之间的间隙为0.02-0.06mm,其实际型线坐标如下

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方案作详细说明实施例一种螺杆压缩机转子(参见图),它包括阴转子1、阳转子2,阴转子1和阳转子2的双边非对称,组成曲线均为圆弧或圆弧包络线,阴转子的齿数为5,阳转子的齿数为4,阴阳转子之间的间隙为0.05mm,考虑到加工误差问题,间隙可放宽至0.02-0.06mm。

专利摘要一种螺杆压缩机转子,其结构包括双边为非对称的阴转子、阳转子,它们的组成曲线为圆弧及其包络线,齿数比为5∶4,且阴阳转子之间具有间隙,其特征在于以阴转子的中心点为坐标原点,阴阳转子之间的间隙为0.02-0.06mm,按其实际型线坐标制造的转子具有“曲面对曲面”、“大转子、低转速”的特点。本实用新型与已有技术相比,具有完全实现“曲面对曲面”密封,从而有助于形成流体动力润滑膜,降低通过接触带的横向泄漏,提高压缩机效率;以及改善转子的加工、检验性能,采用大转子、低转速设计思路后,可以降低噪声和振动,提高转子刚性,延长使用寿命,相对减小对加工精度、杂质和油碳化物敏感性的优点。
