本发明涉及一种钙钛矿材料,该钙钛矿型材料可应用于太阳电池。
背景技术
:钙钛矿材料泛指一类与钛酸钙(CaTiO3)有相同或者相似晶体结构的化合物,其分子式为ABX3。由于最早发现在钛酸钙化合物中,故命名为钙钛矿材料。请参见图1,在钙钛矿材料中,该B正离子与邻近的X负离子形成配位的八面体结构,而B正离子位于八面体的中心,八面体彼此共顶点相连接,形成三维网状结构。由该多个八面体构成的晶胞,在其中心位置存在空位,符合一定半径的A正离子占据这些空位,并保持原有的三维网状结构。近年来,基于钙钛矿材料的太阳电池(简称为钙钛矿太阳电池)获得了飞跃式发展。现有的钙钛矿太阳电池一般采用有机铅卤化钙钛矿型材料,如甲胺基铅碘(CH3NH3PbI3,简称为MAPbI3)、甲脒基铅碘(HC(NH2)2PbI3,简称为FAPbI3)等。然而,由于其中的有机碘胺(如CH3NH3I)热稳定性差、遇到水、氧易分解,从而导致相应的钙钛矿材料,对空气中的水分、氧气、高温、以及紫外光照都比较敏感。比如,在潮湿的气氛下白色的CH3NH3I会缓慢变成黄色;在空气中加热到150摄氏度时,MAPbI3变成无色。FAPbI3同样也存在不稳定的问题。因此,MAPbI3、FAPbI3等这些钙钛矿材料的稳定性严重影响了钙钛矿太阳电池的实用化。技术实现要素:有鉴于此,确有必要提供一种性能稳定的钙钛矿材料以及太阳电池。一种钙钛矿材料,该钙钛矿材料的化学式为AmixBX3,其中,Amix由至少一种有机氨基Ao和一种无机阳离子AI按照不同比例混合而组成,所述无机阳离子AI为Cs+、Rb+及K+中的一种;B为Pb2+、Sn2+、Ge2+、SniPb(1-i)阳离子、SnjGe(1-j)阳离子及PbkGe(1-k)阳离子中的一种,其中0<i<1,0<j<1,0<k<1;以及,X为I-、Br-、Cl-、I3-mClm阴离子、I3-nBrn阴离子及Br3-uClu阴离子中的一种,其中0<m<3,0<n<3,0<u<3。一种钙钛矿材料,该钙钛矿材料的化学式为AmixBX3,其中,B为Pb2+、Sn2+、Ge2+、SniPb(1-i)阳离子、SnjGe(1-j)阳离子及PbkGe(1-k)阳离子中的一种,其中0<i<1;0<j<1;0<k<1;X为I-、Br-、Cl-、I3-mClm阴离子、I3-nBrn阴离子及Br3-uClu阴离子中的一种,其中0<m<3;0<n<3;0<u<3;以及,Amix的表达式为(AI)y(Ao)(1-y),其中,AI为Cs+、Rb+及K+中的一种,Ao为CH3NH3+、HN=CHNH3+、HN=CINH3+及CH3CH2NH3+中的一种或者上述任意两种的组合,0.01≤y≤0.5。一种太阳电池,其包括:依次层叠设置的一上电极复合层、一空穴传输层、以及一下电极,其中,所述上电极复合层包括一电极层、一电子传输层、一多孔层、以及一钙钛矿层,所述钙钛矿层包括上述的钙钛矿材料。一种太阳电池,其包括:依次层叠设置的一上电极、一电子传输层、一钙钛矿层、以及一下电极,其中,所述钙钛矿层由上述钙钛矿材料组成。相较于现有技术,本发明所述钙钛矿材料以及太阳电池,具有以下优点。所述钙钛矿材料通过无机阳离子Cs+、Rb+、及K+的杂化,由于无机阳离子本身化学性质比较稳定,因而该钙钛矿材料的化学稳定性提高。故,采用该钙钛矿材料的太阳电池的稳定性也得到改善。另外,由于无机阳离子的杂化,有助于改善所述钙钛矿材料的三维晶型,提高其电子迁移率,从而,采用该钙钛矿材料的太阳电池的光电转换效率也有所提高,这有利于其产业化应用。附图说明图1为现有的钙钛矿材料的三维结构图。图2为本发明提供的化学式为Cs0.1(CH3NH3)0.9PbI3的钙钛矿材料的X射线衍射谱图。图3为本发明提供的化学式为Cs0.5(CH3NH3)0.5PbI3的钙钛矿材料的X射线衍射谱图。图4为本发明提供的对照组1中化学式为CH3NH3PbI3的钙钛矿材料的X射线衍射谱图。图5为本发明提供的钙钛矿材料的紫外可见吸收光谱。图6为本发明实施例101提供的太阳电池的结构示意图。图7为本发明提供的对照组2和实施例101-103太阳电池的J-V曲线。图8为本发明提供的实施例104-107太阳电池的J-V曲线。图9为本发明提供的实施例108-111太阳电池的J-V曲线。图10为本发明提供的实施例112-115太阳电池的J-V曲线。图11为本发明实施例128提供的太阳电池的结构示意图。主要元件符号说明如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。具体实施方式下面将结合附图及具体实施例对本发明的钙钛矿材料、钙钛矿材料的制备方法、以及采用该钙钛矿材料的太阳电池作进一步的详细说明。本发明提供一种钙钛矿材料,该钙钛矿材料为一无机杂化型钙钛矿材料。该钙钛矿材料的化学式为AmixBX3。其中,B可选自Pb2+、Sn2+、Ge2+及混合金属阳离子,如SniPb(1-i)阳离子、SnjGe(1-j)阳离子、PbkGe(1-k)阳离子中的一种。其中,0<i<1;0<j<1;0<k<1。优选的,0.1<i<0.7;0.1<j<0.5;0.3<k<0.9。由于各种金属离子对应的钙钛矿材料各有优缺点,如Sn金属对应的钙钛矿材料载流子迁移率高,但吸收带隙窄,不稳定易被氧化;Pb和Ge金属对应的钙钛矿材料带隙宽,稳定性相对较好。当B为混合金属阳离子如PbkGe(1-k)时,在0.3<k<0.9这一优选的比例下,所对应的钙钛矿材料的稳定性会进一步提高,吸收带隙和载流子传输特性均可以得到有效调节。当B为混合金属阳离子如SnjGe(1-j)时,在0.1<j<0.5这一优选的比例下,所对应的钙钛矿材料的稳定性也进一步提高,吸收带隙和载流子传输特性均可得到有效调节。X可选自I-、Br-、Cl-及混合卤素离子,如I3-mClm阴离子,I3-nBrn阴离子、Br3-uClu阴离子中的一种。其中,0<m<3;0<n<3;0<u<3。当X为混合卤素离子时,如I3-mClm时,所对应的钙钛矿材料的载流子迁移率更高,激子扩散长度更长,用于太阳电池光电转换效率更高。Amix是一阳离子。所述阳离子Amix由一种或者两种有机氨基Ao和一种无机阳离子AI按照不同比例混合而成。该Amix的表达式如下:Amix=(AI)y(Ao)(1-y)其中,Ao为有机氨基;AI为无机阳离子;y为一数值,且0<y<1;优选的,0.01≤y≤0.5。所述有机氨基Ao可选自甲氨基阳离子,其化学式为CH3NH3+(简称为MA+);甲脒基阳离子,其化学式为HN=CHNH3+(简称为FA+);碘代甲脒基阳离子,其化学式为HN=CINH3+;及乙胺基阳离子,其化学式为CH3CH2NH3+(简称为EA+)等中的一种或者上述任意两种有机氨基的组合。所述无机阳离子AI可选自Cs+、Rb+、及K+等中的一种。当AI为Cs+时,y的范围满足条件:0.05≤y≤0.5,此时对应的钙钛矿化合物,由于Cs+的离子半径与有机氨基Ao的相当,形成的晶型结构很稳定,所以,采用该钙钛矿化合物的太阳电池的稳定性和光电转换效率较好。当AI为Rb+时,y的范围满足条件:0.01≤y≤0.4,此时对应的钙钛矿化合物,由于Rb+本身稳定,适量掺杂有利于提高钙钛矿材料的稳定性,所以,采用该钙钛矿化合物的太阳电池的稳定性较好。当AI为K+时,y的范围满足条件:0.01≤y≤0.3,此时对应的钙钛矿化合物,由于K+本身稳定,适量掺杂有利于提高钙钛矿材料的稳定性,所以,采用该钙钛矿化合物的太阳电池的稳定性较好。所述钙钛矿材料的化学式具体列举如下。当Ao为[CH3NH3]+,AI为Cs+,B为Pb2+时,钙钛矿材料的化学式为Csy(CH3NH3)(1-y)PbX3。优选的,该钙钛矿材料的化学式如下所示:Cs0.1(CH3NH3)0.9PbI3,Cs0.2(CH3NH3)0.8PbI3,Cs0.3(CH3NH3)0.7PbI3,Cs0.4(CH3NH3)0.6PbI3,Cs0.5(CH3NH3)0.5PbI3,Cs0.05(CH3NH3)0.95PbI3,Cs0.15(CH3NH3)0.85PbI3,Cs0.25(CH3NH3)0.75PbI3,Cs0.45(CH3NH3)0.55PbI3,Cs0.35(CH3NH3)0.65PbI3,Cs0.1(CH3NH3)0.9PbBr3,Cs0.2(CH3NH3)0.8PbBr3,Cs0.3(CH3NH3)0.7PbBr3,Cs0.4(CH3NH3)0.6PbBr3,Cs0.5(CH3NH3)0.5PbBr3,Cs0.05(CH3NH3)0.95PbBr3,Cs0.15(CH3NH3)0.85PbBr3,Cs0.25(CH3NH3)0.75PbBr3,Cs0.35(CH3NH3)0.65PbBr3,Cs0.45(CH3NH3)0.55PbBr3,Cs0.1(CH3NH3)0.9PbCl3,Cs0.2(CH3NH3)0.8PbCl3,Cs0.3(CH3NH3)0.7PbCl3,Cs0.4(CH3NH3)0.6PbCl3,Cs0.5(CH3NH3)0.5PbCl3,Cs0.05(CH3NH3)0.95PbCl3,Cs0.15(CH3NH3)0.85PbCl3,Cs0.25(CH3NH3)0.75PbCl3,Cs0.35(CH3NH3)0.65PbCl3,Cs0.45(CH3NH3)0.55PbCl3,Cs0.1(CH3NH3)0.9PbI2Cl,Cs0.2(CH3NH3)0.8PbI2Cl,Cs0.3(CH3NH3)0.7PbI2Cl,Cs0.4(CH3NH3)0.6PbI2Cl,Cs0.5(CH3NH3)0.5PbI2Cl,Cs0.05(CH3NH3)0.95PbI2Cl,Cs0.15(CH3NH3)0.85PbI2Cl,Cs0.25(CH3NH3)0.75PbI2Cl,Cs0.35(CH3NH3)0.65PbI2Cl,Cs0.45(CH3NH3)0.55PbI2Cl,Cs0.1(CH3NH3)0.9PbICl2,Cs0.2(CH3NH3)0.8PbICl2,Cs0.3(CH3NH3)0.7PbICl2,Cs0.4(CH3NH3)0.6PbICl2,Cs0.5(CH3NH3)0.5PbICl2,Cs0.05(CH3NH3)0.95PbICl2,Cs0.15(CH3NH3)0.85PbICl2,Cs0.25(CH3NH3)0.752PbICl2,Cs0.35(CH3NH3)0.65PbICl2,Cs0.45(CH3NH3)0.55PbICl2,Cs0.1(CH3NH3)0.9PbI2Br,Cs0.2(CH3NH3)0.8PbI2Br,Cs0.3(CH3NH3)0.7PbI2Br,Cs0.4(CH3NH3)0.6PbI2Br,Cs0.5(CH3NH3)0.5PbI2Br,Cs0.05(CH3NH3)0.95PbI2Br,Cs0.15(CH3NH3)0.85PbI2Br,Cs0.25(CH3NH3)0.75PbI2Br,Cs0.35(CH3NH3)0.65PbI2Br,Cs0.45(CH3NH3)0.55PbI2Br,Cs0.1(CH3NH3)0.9PbIBr2,Cs0.2(CH3NH3)0.8PbIBr2,Cs0.3(CH3NH3)0.7PbIBr2,Cs0.4(CH3NH3)0.6PbIBr2,Cs0.5(CH3NH3)0.5PbIBr2,Cs0.05(CH3NH3)0.95PbIBr2,Cs0.15(CH3NH3)0.85PbIBr2,Cs0.25(CH3NH3)0.75PbIBr2,Cs0.35(CH3NH3)0.65PbIBr2,Cs0.45(CH3NH3)0.55PbIBr2,Cs0.1(CH3NH3)0.9PbClBr2,Cs0.2(CH3NH3)0.8PbClBr2,Cs0.3(CH3NH3)0.7PbClBr2,Cs0.4(CH3NH3)0.6PbClBr2,Cs0.5(CH3NH3)0.5PbClBr2,Cs0.05(CH3NH3)0.95PbClBr2,Cs0.15(CH3NH3)
