本实用新型涉及一种转子,尤其涉及一种空气螺杆压缩机转子。
背景技术
螺杆压縮机中,转子的形状基本上决定了螺杆压縮机的性能,目前世界上已有的有代表 性的转子型线主要有德国某公司的型线,瑞典某公司的型线,以及台湾、闩本等公司的型 线,这些型线选取不同的曲线及其组合,由于设计取向不同,应该说各有各的优缺点。但是, 现有技术存在的共同缺点是转子直径较小导致转速高,在实际应用中会出现噪声、振动大、 刚性不足,从而影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型的空气螺杆压縮机转子,其设计取向是转子间完 全实现"曲面对曲面"的密封,不包含任何"曲线对曲线"的密封,有助于形成流体动力润 滑膜,降低通过接触带的横向泄漏,提高压縮机效率;改善转子的加工性能,便于采用磨削 法加工,也更容易检验;大转子、低转速,以降低噪声和振动,提高转子刚性,延长使用寿 命;对加工精度、杂质和油碳化物的敏感性小。为克服现有技术的上述不足,本实用新型采 用了如下技术方案该螺杆压縮机转子,包括阴转子、阳转子,阴、阳转子为双边非对称型 线,组成曲线为圆弧及其包络线,阴、阳转子的齿数比为6: 5,阴、阳转子之间具有间隙, 其特征在于以阴转子的中心点为坐标原点,阴阳转子之间的间隙为0.02-0.06,,其实际 型线坐标如下

专利摘要一种空气螺杆压缩机转子,其结构包括双边为非对称的阴、阳转子,它们的组成曲线为圆弧及其包络线,齿数比为6∶5,阴、阳转子之间具有间隙。其特征在于以阴转子的中心点为坐标原点,阴阳转子之间的间隙为0.02-0.06mm,按其实际型线坐标制造的转子具有“曲面对曲面”、“大转子、低转速”的特点。本实用新型与已有技术相比,具有完全实现“曲面对曲面”密封,从而有助于形成流体动力润滑膜,降低通过接触带的横向泄漏,提高压缩机效率,改善转子的加工、检验性能;采用大转子、低转速设计思路后,可以降低噪声和振动,提高转子刚性,延长使用寿命,相对减小对加工精度、杂质和油碳化物敏感性的优点。
