【专利摘要】构象上受限制的、空间上确定的式I的大环状环系由3个不同的分子部分构成:模板A、构象调控因子B和桥C。在溶液中或在固相上通过平行合成或组合化学容易地制备由该环系I描述的大环。它们被设计成与多种特定生物学靶标类别相互作用,例子是对G-蛋白偶联的受体(GPCR)的激动活性或拮抗活性、对酶的抑制活性或抗微生物活性。具体地,这些大环表现出对内皮缩血管肽转化酶亚型1(ECE-1)和/或半胱氨酸蛋白酶组织蛋白酶S(CatS)的抑制活性,和/或充当缩宫素(OT)受体、促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH)受体和/或白三烯B4(LTB4)受体的拮抗剂,和/或充当铃蟾肽3(BB3)受体的激动剂,和/或表现出对至少一种细菌菌株的抗微生物活性。因此,它们表现出作为多种疾病的药物的巨大潜力。

10. 根据权利要求9所述的化合物,其用作治疗活性物质,所述治疗活性物质具有: i)对内皮缩血管肽转化酶亚型I(ECE-I)的抑制活性,ii)对半胱氨酸蛋白酶组织蛋白酶 S(CatS)的抑制活性,iii)对缩宫素(OT)受体的拮抗活性,iv)对促甲状腺素释放激素 (TRH)受体的拮抗活性,V)对铃蟾肽3 (BB3)受体的激动活性,vi)对白三烯M (LTB4)受体 的拮抗活性,和/或vii)针对至少一种细菌菌株、尤其是金黄色葡萄球菌或肺炎链球菌的 抗微生物活性。
11. 药物组合物,其包含根据权利要求1-8中的任一项所述的化合物或所述化合物的 混合物,或其药学上可接受的盐,和至少一种治疗上惰性的赋形剂。
12. 根据权利要求11所述的药物组合物,其适合用于口服、局部、透皮、注射、经颊、透 粘膜、肺或吸入施用,尤其是以片剂、糖衣丸、胶囊剂、溶液、液体、凝胶、硬膏剂、乳膏剂、软 膏剂、糖浆剂、浆液、混悬剂、喷雾剂、喷雾器或栓剂的形式。
