[0004] 人类白细胞抗原（Human leukocyte antigen，HLA)基因的表达产物为人类白 细胞抗原，后者在免疫反应中担任至关重要的角色。已有研究发现包括卡马西平、阿巴 卡韦、别嘌呤醇等在内的数种药物引起的药疹与HLA等位基因相关（Bharadwaj iM.，et al., Drug hypersensitivity and human leukocyte antigens of the major histocompatibility complex. [0005] 经对现有技术文献的检索发现，在中国大陆汉族人群中至今未见关于 HLA-B*59:01基因与醋甲唑胺引起SJS和TEN的发病相关，可作为基因标记用于筛选该型药 疹的相关报道。
【发明内容】
[0006] 本发明目的是提供一种检测人类白细胞抗原基因一HLA-B*59:01基因的试剂盒 及其使用方法。
[0007] 本发明的进一步目的是提供上述试剂盒用于筛查醋甲唑胺所致皮肤药物不良反 应中的应用，具体而言，是通过检测HLA-B*59:01基因的存在来评估患者服用醋甲唑胺后 是否具有患SJS和TEN的潜在可能。同时可以据此指导临床用药，从而减少醋甲唑胺所致 SJS和TEN的发生。
