【专利摘要】本发明首次从红花香雪兰花瓣中克隆得到两条正调控花色苷合成的MYB转录因子(<i>FhPAP1L1</i>和<i>FhPAP1L2</i>)的cDNA序列,并推测得到了其编码的氨基序列。在拟南芥和烟草中过量表达<i>FhPAP1L1</i>和<i>FhPAP1L2</i>可以明显地增强植物组织的着色,从而确定其参与正调控植物花色苷合成的功能。
