本实用新型涉及一种螺杆式压缩机转子。
背景技术
在螺杆式压缩机中,需要用于螺杆转子,在工作过程中,阴转子上的阴转子齿与阳转子 上的阳转子齿互相啮合,阴转子齿与阳转子齿的设计对压縮机的工作性能具有重要影响,但 目前的螺杆式压缩机设计尚存在如下缺点-,
1、 阴转子齿、阳转子齿的型线设计不合理,两者啮合不平稳,使得压縮机在工作过程 中噪音大、密封性差、效率低;
2、 现有阴转子齿、阳转子齿设计不合理,导致齿的强度低,容易损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种螺杆式压縮机转子,其中阴转子、阳转子啮合平稳、噪 音小、密封性好、工作效率高。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的-
一种螺杆式压縮机转子,包括有阴转于及阳转子,阴转子的阴转子齿与阳转子的阳转子 齿互相啮合;各阴转子齿、阳转子齿的外轮廓型线分别由以下各离散点依次连接而成阳转子 阴转子

所述阴转子齿与所述阳转子齿的数量不等,优选的,所述阴转子齿的数量多于所述阳转
于齿的数量,如所述阴转子齿为7个,所述阳转子齿为5个。
本实用新型相对于现有的螺杆式压縮机转子来说,由于转子采用不对称结构,作为主动 转子的阳转子其齿数少,齿相对较厚,刚度好,具有较小的热变形及弯曲变形,强度也较高, 不易损坏;齿的型线无尖点,齿面光顺连接,便于加工与检测,振动小,噪音低,转子齿高 半径和齿顶高合理,面积利用系数大;在工作时输气量大,效率高。
